This meeting is a great opportunity for emergency medicine (EM) faculty, fellows, residents, and medical students to present research, educational innovations, and case reports; engage in interactive workshops and simulation sessions; and connect with peers and academic leaders from across the Western region.

This year's theme, "Innovations in Teaching," will feature plenary sessions led by regional residency programs showcasing creative and effective educational strategies.

ITE (In-Service Training Examination) is a 2-day examination series (250 total questions) designed to assess emergency medicine residents foundational knowledge base in comparison to their year-matched training levels. This is a 1-day exam, however due to class size, there is an anticipated split among 2 days. Residents, you are excused from all rotation obligations during those effective dates.
